Understanding of Government Structure.

A State is not a State of State.
Read the statement above as many times as necessary and think about it.

Victoria is not the same as State of Victoria.
In fact, Victoria is not the same as The State of Victoria, the State of Victoria, or the STATE OF VICTORIA or anything calling itself the STATE of VICTORIA or VICTORIA or….
These are all separate and distinctly different entities.
Victoria is “corporate” but unincorporated — meaning that it has a name and a physical
definition but is not “incorporated” into any other country or corporation.
Victoria, the actual State, stands alone. It is complete. It has well-defined physical borders and is populated by living people.
All these other things calling themselves some variation of “State of Victoria” are fundamentally different.
These are called “inchoate states” or “states-of-states” or “incomplete states”.

These States of States are various kinds of business organizations and they have no physical borders and no people live in them.
They are all incorporated, meaning that they are part of larger, parent organizations, and to the extent that they are “inhabited” they are inhabited by “persons” not people.
Persons are officers and employees of corporations who have duties to perform and who “reside” on a temporary basis in our actual States.

Stop a moment and think about what you have just learned.
The people living in Victoria and the persons working for the State of Victoria are not in the same political status. They aren’t operating in the same capacities.
Just like a State is not a State of State, one of the people isn’t a person

LAW = Land Air Water

We have been taught to believe that we must obey the LAW or there will be consequences right? What if the LAW is not what you thought it was, would you want to know more or would you just leave that up to the Lawyer, because that’s his job?

What if I told you that there can be no LAW because the people have been missing from the Land & Soil Jurisdiction. To be able to enact the Public Law we need to populate the Land with people who have corrected their political status. Click below for a great description of the different jurisdictions. To learn more about your country join The Victoria Assembly by following the contact links on the home page.

Your Political Status was changed….

Firstly you need to know that your Political Status in the first instance was your Birthright Political Status, when you were born onto the Land & Soil. It is a well known fact that you were given dominion over the Earth (Genesis 1:28), so what happened?

The Birth Certificate was created, which changed your Political Status.

You have the birthright to declare your political status as an Australian State National or an Australian State Citizen.

Australian State National

An Australian State National owes no duty to anyone but to keep the peace. A State National may participate in general assembly meetings to help reconstruct the Victoria de jure government and vote on domestic (in-state) policy only. They can choose to hold an elected office within the State Assembly if they can qualify.

Australian State Citizen

An Australian State National who is elected to hold an office within the State Assembly becomes an Australian State Citizen. A State Citizen may participate in both general and executive assembly meetings, and vote on both domestic (in-state) and international (out-of-state) policy.

Any National may choose to vie for an open elected position or office to serve as a Citizen at any time. However, it is your right to choose never to be be involved in the State Assembly at all. You have the right to be left alone and your only duty then is to uphold the peace. That’s the power of being self-governing.
