STEP ONE: Download and complete the below Universal Public Declaration Political Status (Returning you back to the Land and Soil Jurisdiction).
There are two versions, depending on your choice of Witness.
1. State of State Notary Witness is witnessed by a Notary Public.
2. Recording Secretary and International Notarial Witness is a man or woman who has been elected into their role by The Victoria Assembly.

STEP TWO:
Download and complete – Witness Testimony x 2 (You will need two independent Witnesses to affirm you are living and who you say you are).
You will also need 3 recent Passport Photos to complete this document and banking process.

STEP THREE:
Download and complete – Notice of Intent – Fee Schedule (These are the Fees you will charge when/if a Corporation wants to contract with you after Status Corrected)
There are two versions, depending on who will witness your document.
Once you have completed these documents, then you are ready to Publish your reconveyance in your local newspaper or bulleting board for 30 days.
